Katy Perry is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Her 2008 breakthrough album, One of the Boys, produced the smash singles I Kissed a Girl and Hot n Cold. Teenage Dream, released in 2010, saw Perry collaborating with Snoop Dogg on the No. 1 hit California Gurls, and also featured Last Friday Night (T.G.I.F.), and Firework, while 2013's PRISM delivered the chart-topping anthem Roar.


Perry has worked with renowned producers Max Martin and benny blanco and collaborated with Nicki Minaj on Swish Swish, off the 2017 album Witness. In 2024 she worked with Kim Petras, 21 Savage and Doechii on 143. She appeared in the documentaries Katy Perry The Movie: Part of Me and Katy Perry: The Prismatic World Tour Live, and she provided the voice of Smurfette in the film The Smurfs 2.
