Ol’ Dirty Bastard was an American rapper and a founding member of the influential hip-hop group Wu-Tang Clan. He appeared on their landmark 1993 debut album Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers). As a solo artist, he released albums including Return to the 36 Chambers and N***a Please. A posthumous compilation, The Definitive Ol’ Dirty Bastard Story, was released in 2005. His most popular songs included Shimmy Shimmy Ya, Brooklyn Zoo, and Baby C'mon. Ol' Dirty Bastard passed away in 2004.
