Adele is a British singer-songwriter. After breaking through with her debut album 19 in 2008, she released the follow-up 21 in 2011. It went on to win six Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Record of the Year for Rolling in the Deep — one of the album’s chart-topping singles alongside Someone Like You and Set Fire to the Rain — and is No. 15 on Apple Music’s 100 Best Albums list. She won the Academy Award for Best Original Song for Skyfall in 2013.

Adele later released the albums 25 — which won five Grammy Awards, including Album of the Year and Record and Song of the Year for Hello in 2017—and 30, named the most pre-added album ever on Apple Music in 2021. She is the first artist to earn the top-selling album of a calendar year three times. She has also appeared in the documentaries Katy Perry: Part of Me and Pink: Staying True, as well as the Apple Music special Adele: The 30 Interview.
