Saoirse Ronan is an Irish-American actress. She earned an Academy Award nomination for her supporting role in the film Atonement and would later play notable roles in Brooklyn, The Lovely Bones, Little Women, and Lady Bird, for which she won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actress in a Motion Picture - Musical or Comedy. Ronan also appeared in the Steve McQueen-directed Apple Original Film Blitz and produced and starred in the film The Outrun.
