Tim Robbins is an American actor. His notable films include Mystic River, for which he won the Academy Award and Golden Globe Award for Best Supporting Actor; The Player, for which he won the Golden Globe Award for Best Actor - Motion Picture Musical or Comedy; Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy; The Shawshank Redemption; Top Gun; and Twister. He has also appeared in the Apple Original series Silo and the series Castle Rock. He has directed the film Dead Man Walking, produced the film Cradle Will Rock, and hosted the comedy fiction podcast Bobbo Supreme.
