Simon Pegg is an English actor, comedian, and screenwriter. Pegg began performing stand-up comedy at local clubs in 1991 and co-created and co-starred in Spaced for Channel 4. Pegg has provided voice acting, appearing in Apple TV+'s Luck in 2022. He has also appeared in the Mission: Impossible franchise, including the 2023 film Mission: Impossible - Dead Reckoning Part One alongside Tom Cruise, and the 2009 film Star Trek directed by J.J. Abrams. Pegg has worked with notable directors such as Steven Spielberg in Ready Player One. He has also produced the films The World's End and Nandor Fodor and the Talking Mongoose.
