David Oyelowo is a British-American actor, director, and producer. His film credits include Derailed, The Last King of Scotland, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, The Paperboy, Jack Reacher, and Chaos Walking. Oyelowo also starred in the Apple TV+ series Silo and the series Lawmen: Bass Reeves. Behind the camera, he has directed The Water Man, produced Come Away, and executive produced the series Les Misérables.
